Hi,

The numbness and tingling sensation of your hands may be the cause of either deficiency of vitamins or due to the carpal tunnel syndrome.

Take vitamin B12 for a month and visit a neurologist or even orthopedic surgeon for further treatment and diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
